HOW QUICKLY CAN YOU QUOTE ME
Quick! We pride ourselves on our fast turnaround of quotations as we understand the time pressures our clients are under. Usually you will get a response within a couple of hours, however we aim to answer all quote requests within 24 hours. For bespoke products, we aim to have accurate costings within 48 hours.
HOW QUICKLY CAN I GET MY ORDER AFTER PAYMENT
It depends on what you have ordered, but usually within 2 weeks. Printing is quicker than embroidery. If you have selected a stock bag, such as a printed canvas bag, and the decoration is straightforward, then you can expect a quick turnaround. If you have chosen a bespoke bag, then this will take longer to produce as each bag will be handcrafted according to your specification.
If you have a deadline however challenging. We may be able to help you. We never fail on our commitments.
HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE
To make a purchase online, simply browse through our items and once you have made your selection, click on the “Add to Cart” button, which will place each item you wish to purchase into your Shopping Bag. Once you are ready to finalize your order, click on the “Proceed to Checkout” button inside your Shopping Bag and follow the prompt to complete your purchase.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your air waybill number to track your package.
HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY AND HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO ARRIVE?
It’s important to us that you receive your purchase as quickly as possible. Our online orders will be processed within 24hrs of payment and dispatched on the next business day. We only use express shipping options and you will receive your purchases in 3-4 working days after your order has been dispatched.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes we ship worldwide. Please check what your country’s regulation is on importing exotic skins and other fashion accessories we sell, as LONDRÉ TAN will not be held liable for any customs related issues you encounter in your country.
